Represented the company through various industry associations such as the Colorado Petroleum Association and the Utah Petroleum Association.  February 2011, promoted and relocated to Billings, MT to work the Bakken asset and Billings Refinery. 

2011-2018 Billings: worked upstream assets, midstream assets, and downstream assets.  Attended Property Tax School in Atlanta, GA.  January 2014, promoted to Rockies Surface Land Supervisor and managed both company personnel and contractors.  Experienced in land contracts, acquisition of leases, easements, licenses, permits, surface use and damage agreements, contract negotiations, surface title abstracts, due diligence associated with fee surface acquisition and personnel supervision of each of the listed activities.  Additionally, experienced in the areas of property tax, claims, employee training, and process development and implementation.  Excellent interpersonal skills.  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
